Overview

At Go Travel the States, each itinerary, resource, and mentoring experience is thoughtfully created to provide high-value, personalized guidance for your travel planning.

Due to the digital and service-based nature of our offerings, all sales are final.

Digital Products

All digital downloads (including itineraries, guides, and printable resources) are non-refundable and cannot be returned once purchased. Upon delivery, these products are considered used and cannot be exchanged.

Custom Itineraries

Custom travel itineraries are tailored specifically to your needs and preferences. Because of the time, research, and personalization involved, no refunds or cancellations are permitted once work has begun.
EXCEPTION – You may request a full refund up to 24 hours before our scheduled planning call.

Mentorship Sessions

All mentoring sessions are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to request a reschedule.
